We booked this stay for one night to attend the Sleepy Hollow Parade. When we arrived, our room was ready, and we were able to check in early. We really enjoyed our stay at Elements. The staff member who checked us in was very nice, friendly, and helpful, we felt welcomed. The property is conveniently located, with many stores and eateries nearby. The indoor pool was warm and nice, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Since the property wasn’t crowded, it felt like we had the whole hotel to ourselves, almost like staying in a private serviced apartment or home. We’d definitely come back again!

Hotel is located in a strip mall area… literally! I didn’t read that in any reviews. Could be convenient and f you need to go to target.Rented 2 Rooms. On first night stove top was broken and microwave wasn’t working properly in room one so I was running between both rooms to make food. The next day one of my children killed a potential (1) bed bug. But they went to the front desk to report the issue. We then requested both rooms be cleaned and sheets changed. They did clean everything and fixed the stove while they were there. I asked if we were going to receive some credit since our stay wasn’t going as planned. I even tried to get hot water for tea in the morning and it was empty. I actually started to feel bad but then again… I now have treat and clean all of our stuff just in case. No credit or discount was given and I spent a lot of money for 1 and 3/4 days. Do your research before you go.

The Element Hotel in Spring Valley, New York is conveniently located right behind Target at The Market Place Plaza, making it close to plenty of amenities. The common areas were clean and well lit, and the indoor pool was a perfect spot to relax and there's fitness center whether in the morning or evening workout. The beds were super comfy just like your stay at the Marriot. I was able to stay connected with family and friends with the free in-room WiFi which had a strong signal throughout the hotel. Staff were respectful, though not particularly warm or welcoming but there is a 24 hour front desk staff. The continental breakfast offered a nice variety and was a great way to start the day. We arrived late at night, so perhaps the staff seemed a bit tired. One thing to note, there are quite a few moths in the area. They’re harmless to people but can be a nuisance to plants and trees. All in all I would stay at this Hotel in the future.
