We stay at Hampton all the time but this stay was not great. Arrived just after midnight. No one available at front desk to let is in. Had to wait 7 minutes at front door. Finally, another guest let us in. We had checked in on the App but digital keys unavailable to us on it, so had to continue waiting at the desk. Eventually the night desk assistant came form the back. Then, the room heat was off (it was snowing that night), and after several attempts and calling the desk for help suggesting we turn it off and on again, we gave up. It was cold! Breakfast had no gluten free options in terms of cereals or bread. Showers need updating.
