Motel 6 would have been better!!

Worst extended stay hotel I have ever stayed in!! I have stayed in a lot of hotels in the last 10 years but this is by far the worst!! From the constant trains going behind the hotel and waking you up in the morning to the poor maintenance and upkeep of the hotel I definitely regret staying at this hotel. Not only was the A/c not working properly but the furniture is broken and stained and the carpet in the elevator smells like fish. If you value your sleep, don't stay at this hotel.

Didn't clean and cold breakfast

I stayed here for a week. I asked to have the room cleaned every other day, which would have been 3 times, but they only came once. We tried keeping it clean but it would have been nice to have it cleaned. The breakfast was okay, but was usually cold and needed to be microwaved. The folks working the breakfast area were constantly moving, but the food and coffee was always running out with people waiting.

They advertise things they don’t have. Like the bar but it wasn’t open on Sunday, ice cream freezer that had no ice cream just hot pockets, and a hot cocoa bar with no cocoa I had dirty hand towels in the room . Only I had no option so I had to stay there

Overpriced but comfortable

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast had good selections. Pool area was left dirty and room was a little worn and not cleaned very well in the bathroom. For the price I paid it was far below expectations. Area is convenient next to a grocery store. Check in staff was very welcoming.

When we arrived for our 5 night stay, we were told the room would be cleaned after the 3rd night but this did not happen, the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty and there was no lotion available and no soap bar at the sink for washing hands/face (when we asked at the front desk, we were told that's not something the hotel provides). The afternoon after the 3rd night we returned to find the room had not been cleaned and had to ask for fresh towels, coffee supplies, etc. The afternoon after the 4th night when the room STILL had not been cleaned and refreshed, we were told the room would be cleaned after the FIFTH night, which would be after we departed. My husband let the front desk know how unhappy we were and asked that someone be sent immediately to take care of the room, and this was finally done. The breakfast buffet was ample and fresh. We were not greeted as Marriott Bonvoy members.

Our rooms bathtub didnt have a drain stopper to use as a tub to bath my todder, and we were told it was for safetly reasons so rhe guests wouldnt drown, but yet the sink ij the kitchen area has a garbage disposal? the fridge in the room went into a cycle overnight that was extremely loud. The room was clean, neat. The staff was friendly and accomidating

TERRIBLE garbage smell in hallway. Very long hallway and the smell was constant even there is now garbage room. We were using second Exit stairs to go downstairs, walk and then use main exit to go in and out. It was shame because the building is new and clean. Second problem was climate control AC. Too noisy even on 74-75 F. On Fan mode is not possible to sleep it was noisy too and hermetic closed windows have their plus and minuses. But overall clean and nice
