Don't worry about the heat, as there are new ductless mini-split air-conditioning units in the common areas and all three bedrooms.

This home is conveniently located on the edge of downtown Oak Bluffs, just over half a mile west of the ferry terminal. You'll be within easy walking distance of great restaurants, a market, coffee shops, incredible seafood, and the historic Flying Horses Carousel. The home is also only three-quarters of a mile from Inkwell Beach, Oak Bluffs Town Beach, Ocean Park, and the marina.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This cottage was absolutely perfect! I would give it a 10/10. I traveled with a group of six, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the vineyards. Coming back to our charming cottage each day was the highlight of our trip. The area is safe, quiet, and within walking distance of everything we needed. The accommodations were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and space

This house was the perfect spot for my group of 4 adults and 1 infant. The outdoor space was great and we got to enjoy it in the nicer weather. The space was nicely updated although we did have an appliance issue we were assured would be dealt with after checkout. A quick walk to all that downtown Oak Bluffs has to offer.

Great location and space

This was the perfect place for a weekend away! Walkable to downtown Oak Bluffs and with a car it was easy to go everywhere else on the island. Everything about this place worked great for us! Only complaint was that the mattresses were not great.

Needs a better cleaning service

Although the house was in a good location the cleanliness of the house was an issue. The house had a swampy smell, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from previous guests and the mattress cover had blood on it. There were broken blindss and the rugs were very dirty especially in the kitchen.

I've stayed here before

Excellent location! Clean! Previous owner (Mr. Gore) was a dream to work with! The TV and internet never worked. After repeat calls to Nicole and Leah they finally had someone fix it the night before we left. Leah did not want to talk about compensating me for the lack of services.

Good location Times for entrance and exiting were not good for the time of year we were there and they would not change them because of cleaning. Did not know what was included in the basic supplies. Nice 3 bedroom with 2 1/2 baths.

Location, location, location!

We would definitely stay again here, it’s on a quiet street in Oak Bluffs but within easy walking distance of where the action is. The home is exactly as described and pictured, and was very clean and well- appointed. The only recommendation is that it could use another sturdy side table and/or coffee table in the family room to put drinks and snacks on. Overall two thumbs up!

Overall very nice property and good location

The kids and I were all very pleased with the home. Nicely kept and easy walk into town to shops and the beach. One of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning, despite the description clearly stating all three have it. So that was disappointing but not the end of the world. I also discovered the oven had a bunch of pots and pans inside of it - as well as a plastic cutting board - but only after I turned the oven on to preheat, which could’ve turned into a lot of damage had I not happened to have opened the oven prior to it full preheating. They also did not have a sheet pan or a brush to clean the grill with, which was surprising. My only other complaint, which is more reflective of the cleaning company they use- none of the bathrooms had paper towels/hand towels to dry your hands and all of the soap dispensers had clearly been watered down rather than simply refilling them or supplying a new one. Overall happy with the stay and would stay again.
