Country Home in Oak Grove

Welcome to our home! We are less than 5 minutes from Ft Campbell main gate 4, just 10 miles from Austin Peay State University, and 4 miles from I-24, providing access to Kentucky, Alabama, and Georgia. You can enjoy the nearby casino within walking distance, and conveniently 2.2 miles from Super Walmart and various dining options. Additionally, Nashville is just an hour away for those looking to explore the vibrant city.

The space
We're delighted to provide our guests with exclusive access to the entire house, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Enjoy the luxuries of home, including a master bedroom with a full bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a spacious full hall bathroom. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and smart TVs for your convenience.

Relax in the living room with a 65" Smart TV that can be moved and adjusted to your liking. Ample seating is provided with a full couch, a love seat, and a chair, creating a cozy atmosphere. Nestled in a closed-off small community just outside Ft Campbell's main gate 4, our beautiful home offers proximity to Ft Campbell, restaurants, Walmart, and is within walking distance to the Oak Grove Casino and Racetrack. We hope your stay is enjoyable. Welcome to your home away from home!

Guest access
We've arranged for your convenience 24-hour access to the house using a personal access/group code. This access is available from your check-in time starting at 4:00 pm until your check-out time at 10:00 am.

If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, we'll do our best to fulfill these requests, please be aware that availability may be limited based on the check-in or check-out schedules of our future or current guests. Also there is a $25 fee associated with each.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have outdoor cameras that record throughout all reservations. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to ensure your stay is secure and enjoyable.

Other things to note
We want to provide you with important information about additional fees to ensure a transparent and enjoyable experience:
1. Additional Guest Fee: There is an extra charge of $10 per night for each guest beyond 4, up to the maximum occupancy of 7 guests.
2. Pet Fee: We welcome furry friends, and our pet fee is calculated differently than the standard flat fee. It is based on the number of nights and the number of pets. This approach is fair to both short-term and long-term guests. Please be aware of the following pet fee details:
-First pet: $25 per night, up to a maximum of $250 per month.
-Each additional pet: $25 per night, up to a maximum of $250 each.
-Please limit the number of pets to a maximum of three (3).

I was very impressed by how many things they thought of to have ready for guests. We always stay in hotels, so we're accustomed to bringing everything we need. They had coffee, creamer, and sugar, hangers in the closet. Maybe that's normal for houses on here but it was nice change. Checking in was very easy. We even forgot something and Gary agreed to ship it back to us!

Neat and clean house. Had everything that you would need to enjoy yourself. We were there for several days. And we just loved the house. It was definitely our home away from home. We loved our time in Oak Grove. The home was very comfortable, inviting and accessible. Great central location for all activities. Of course we visited Nashville (only an hour drive), the Jefferson Davis Monument and spent time in Clarksville. This was our second stay, and look forward another.

Came to the area to play golf. House was clean and exactly as it was pictured. So much better to be able to spread out to watch TV than trying to watch it while sitting in a bed. I would stay there again if in the area.

Fantastic!

Beautiful home in a great location. We went to Clarksville, TN several times and was only a short distance. Dogs had the nice chain link fence in which to run and play. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood. Many other dog friends in the neighborhood as well. We prepared several meals at the house and ate out a few as well. Well maintained home and big enough for my husband, 15 year old son and I.

The property was in my daughters neighborhood making it very convenient to visit with grandchildren. The three bedrooms made it easy for the kids to have a place to play and sleep. Each bedroom has a television which made it great for kids to watch what they wanted and not fight. Plenty of room in the kitchen to feed everybody and the kids made use of the backyard which was fenced and safe.

The home was just as advertised. Comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a coffee shop! :) the property manager was easy to communicate with and flexible with the multiple times I requested changes (check out day change, guest change, etc.). I would use this home again if we get the opportunity to come back.

Beautiful & clean home!!

We were only in for a night to rest as we are traveling for several days. This home satisfied our needs for the night. The beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean, can’t say that about all the VRBO homes, especially it being a pet friendly home. Easy entry access. They had snacks available, toiletry items, etc. Great home!!

Visit with Grandson

We came from Missouri to visit our new grandson:) I can't say enough about this property and the location next to Fort Campbell. The listing is accurate, the amenities great and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The communication with Gary was above and beyond!! Definitely will stay here again when we decide to visit in the near future. So much cheaper and better than any hotel.

Perfect halfway connection spot

Clean, neat and tidy

This is a wonderful house. It is very clean and well appointed. Everything works. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and is just across the street from Ft. Campbell. There are many dining and shopping options within minutes. Communication with the hosts is excellent. If you need lodging in the Ft. Campbell area, this is a great choice. Much better than a hotel and more affordable.
