The courteous service was evident from the moment I approached check-in counter. Everyone was so nice! The room was in great condition and all the amenities I needed were available on site. Oh, the steak was delicious!!! Loved my stay!!!

Favorite casino to visit!

We came here to celebrate my 50th birthday. A little snafu with our hotel, but Oak Grove made it right. Always have lots of fun here. The restaurant surprised me with a birthday dessert. The only part that I wish they would change is the attentiveness to the snack area. They don't seem very pleased to be there, or seem to go out of their way to ignore customers, unless it's their own staff.

Great place for a night out !

We arrived early and went to check on our reservation. The young lady at the check in was fantastic! We told her we would come back later to check in and she told us we could check in now. Then she made reservations for us for supper and helped us all the way around. Our room was nice and very clean. The casino was fun and the food was great!!

We visited Oak Grove for a concert and spent one night. The hotel was very nice, staff was excellent. Our room was clean and had plant of room. The casino is also a lot of fun. There was a band playing at the bar that was top notch!

The staff were some of the best I've ever encountered and I travel a lot around the globe. If you are looking for a place to stay in Oak Grove or Clarksville, I would highly recommend it. It's too bad it wasn't built next to the Cumberland River. Instead it is along a busy highway so there is nowhere to walk to that is scenic. Drive to McGregor Park and walk along the Clarksville Riverwalk.

The property is definitely well kept up. It is very modern. The rooms are spacious, even though there is a casino attached to the hotel. You do not hear any noise from the casino. The beds are very nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
