Enjoy the screened-in porch, front & back decks, and the outdoor shower. Gas grill conveniently located on the back deck. Remote check-in and check-out plus direct communication with owners for your needs. Sheets and kitchen towels are provided as well as a starter kit of supplies (laundry detergent, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, garbage bags, dish soap). Non-shedding dogs under 20 pounds are welcome for an additional $100 fee. Come relax and enjoy your vacation!

Very nice and very clean as advertised. If flying in may be difficult as only 2 beach chairs, and no bathroom toiletries and beach towels. But very straight forward and tidy home with not a lot of clutter. Excellent communication.

The property was a perfect place to stay for a first time visit at Oak Island. The home was clean as could be, and everything we needed for a week stay was there at the house. We walked to the beach everyday, it was a great home base to start our daily adventures.

Beautiful house minutes from beach

This house is a gem on Oak Island. Very clean and has everything you need. Also very easy walk to the beach (cars will kindly stop for you to cross the main street). Walkable to restaurants and the best ice cream ever. Highly recommend!

Wonderful house in spotless condition. All the amenities we could ask for. The only problem is that to walk to the beach you have to cross a very busy street that has no lights, no crosswalks, no pedestrian signs - nothing to protect you from speeding cars. It felt quite hazardous. The city government needs to do something to protect people crossing. Otherwise, it is a jewel.

It was a pleasure staying in such a clean and updated house. Close enough to the beach, plenty of restaurants and stores within 15 minutes(walking distance). Being able to stay in connect with the home owner was very convenient and made everything that much easier to get access to the house. I recommend this house to anyone looking for something great in location, cleanliness, space, and price!

Great Autumn mini-vacation

Beautiful home! Having to cross the main road to get to the beach was a little stressful with small children. However, because we were off season, parking at the beach access was free. We usually took a car down with half of the group walking.

Vacation Rental Summary

The Rental Property was very nice and nicely decorated. It was very clean. A lot of stairs to get your luggage etc. up to the living area. However once everything was taking up the facility was nice. The television programming was somewhat aggravating to navigate but there were plenty of entertaining programs for the small children.

You can't go wrong ataying here. Clean, up-to-date, short walk to beach. Perfect pick. Be sure to bring your own towels. We didnt read the listing very well and ran to Walmart to buy towels so now we have our own traveling sets. You can rent towel sets for around $5 per a guest at local companies. This has been a great stay from beginning to end. The best vrbo stay!!! We will use this host again.

Caswell family vacation

We had an amazing time staying at the house. The house was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the spacious dining and living area, walk to the beach and easy checkin and checkout process. This was my first time using Vrbo and I was very pleased!
