Harrell’s Haven-Waterfront, Dock, Pool/Hot tub

Our home is a piling beach house with our main living upstairs. The enclosed bottom is a studio apartment/suite for you to enjoy. We are on the peaceful Davis Canal with a dock where you can spend time drinking coffee or cocktails, reading, fishing, kayaking, boating and enjoying sunrises/sunsets. Enjoy the beautiful, shared in ground pool and hot tub area. We are two blocks from the beach, a quick, easy walk or bike ride.
The space:
It is a private studio apartment with a private entrance, a queen bed, private bathroom with tile shower and towel warmer, and a blue tooth fan for enjoying music. The living area has a comfortable, reclining couch. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, fridge, coffee pot with pods and coffee. Dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are provided. Enjoy the shared pool area with hot tub and the shared dock area. The grill is available for you to use. Bikes, chairs , kayaks and backpack cooler are by elevator for use.

Someone will be available for any concerns.
Other things to note
We have a private dock for boat docking for a fee.
We have two friendly dogs that will bark when they see you, but just want attention.

Don’t sleep on this one, book it now!

Wonderful stay here- beautiful, clean, comfortable beds, and all the amenities you could need. It’s the perfect weekend getaway! The hosts are friendly and go above and beyond. This is like a little slice of heaven and we can’t wait to come visit again. We will be back!

Great stay

The host are very welcoming and warm. The room was very clean and had everything that you could need. It was just my husband and I , we had a great time! The host and his family were using the pool. They were so welcoming to us to come use it with them super kind people. I would definitely stay here again! The location is ideal for anything you want to do whether it be food or the beach. The area in general is full of super welcoming, friendly people. also way less crowded than any beach we’ve ever been to. We will be back .

Perfect getaway

Great little spot to stay for a few days. The owners went above and beyond and made us feel truly welcome. Too chilly to use the kayaks and pool but we did enjoy the hot tub! Thanks again!

Hospitality

I stay in rental properties often due to traveling for work. Harrells Haven is by far the best experience I have ever had with a host. They were very friendly and super accommodating. The studio style rental was very cozy and had many cool features. It was very clean. We fished from the dock and were very close to the beach and many good restaurants. I highly recommend for a couple looking to get away for the weekend. We will definitely be back.

This was our first stay here and it definitely will not be our last. We look forward to many more opportunities to visit oak island and their amazing place to stay. Jason and Nicole were extremely hospitable. They made sure everything was perfect. The location is super close to the beach and dining options. We loved Harrell's Haven. Nicole & Jason are awesome host. They go the extra mile to make your stay the best. Also informative since they know the area, so well. The pool was so relaxing and nice. Best Place To Stay!!

This was by far the best place I have stayed. It was very clean and smelled amazing. The homeowners are so nice, our favorite part of the trip was hanging out with the homeowners and their kids. Such a sweet family and beautiful place to stay. If I could stay every weekend I would!

Christmas Vacay

The property was just amazing. The space that we stayed in was extremely clean, cozy and just perfect for us we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and were thrilled to be able to dock our boat on their dock. we will most definitely be back.
