Four FSTVs with basic cable, wireless internet, Blu-Ray DVD player. Furnished sunroom, and deck with two hightop tables and chaise lounges. Views of the ocean, the lighthouse, Bald Head Island, Cape Fear River, and Southport. One swimming pool at the end of the building with seasonal access. A lap pool is also available within Caswell Dunes. Walkway to beach diagonally across the street. Convenient to Oak Island Golf Course. Jacuzzi tub in Master bath plus a shower. Fireplace not for guest use. Garage for storing beach equipment and a hose to rinse off the sand. Fishing rods, bikes, board games, puzzles, books, beach cart and DVDs available for guest use. Entrance to unit is in the back of the building on the top floor. 44 ground level in front is a different unit. Nightly rentals are available. Also available for off-season monthly rental.
The Caswell Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.
