This is our second stay at this property. It’s clean, quiet and the breakfast offerings are delicious and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again. Downside is limited dining options to walk to from the hotel. Area doesn’t feel safe at night (to be alone). Bathroom could use another towel rack and lit makeup mirror.

Please save yourself a headache and do not stay here. The staff is less than competent. They said I didn’t have three reservations in the system (only two) and they had to book an additional one for me so I got charged for four rooms vs the three that I DID have reserved! I’m still trying to get a credit back for this invalid charge. It had been a long time since I stayed at a Holiday Inn and with this lousy experience, I never will again. The breakfast and breakfast staff was the only good thing about this hotel.

Comfortable, clean and friendly staff

The place was comfortable for a 3 night stay. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The only negative is that the property is right next to a busy road and hence noisy at times.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. The staff there is worse than incompetent. I arrived for a conference with four students and I had three reservations. The woman at check in insisted that I only had two reservations. I showed her on my hotels.com app that I had three but she insisted that I didn’t. Because I had to have a place for my students to stay and I didn’t want to push back too hard in front of the students, I allowed her to book me another room and ever since I’ve been trying to get the 4th room cleared from my account. It had been a royal pain. I disputed it with my credit card company and they said they had to charge me because it was a no show in the room. It was a no show because she didn’t see my reservation to check me in and instead booked me another room that I also had to pay for! This as my first time staying at a Holiday Inn in a long time and it will definitely be my last. Oh, my compliments to the breakfast staff though. That was amazing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful both checkin and check out. The room & amenities were as expected, and were clean and quiet. Easy check in. Convenient location. Above average breakfast for the typical buffet (eg passion orange guava juice, press-a-button pancakes, good sausage gravy). Parking was convenient and onsite but the expedia review summary on this was misleading. The expedia review summary said "Free parking was a big plus with a secure and easily accessible parking lot." This gave us the impression the lot was gated or in some other way secured from public access. When we arrived we found the lot was not gated and open to the street. It's not the hotel's fault the expedia summary is wrong and doesn't provide description. We should have checked the hotel website. Also we appreciate the staff advising us so we didn't risk our items.
