The Space:

Located in the heart of Oakura Village, a popular beach destination, Butlers Lane-Retreat is just a 10-minute scenic drive along Surf Highway 45 from New Plymouth. This charming studio offers the perfect place for rest and relaxation, only a short stroll to the popular swimming beach and river. Nestled in a quiet position right by the Oakura 4 Square, restaurants, cafes, and specialty shops, it provides easy access to local amenities.



Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the owner's friendly little dog, always eager for a pat. This cute studio is situated at the bottom of the owner's home, with a separate entrance for privacy. It is a cost-effective option, well-equipped for your holiday needs, and offers a comfortable atmosphere with views of abundant bird life.
