We were very pleased with how exceptionally clean our room was. The hotel is very secure and quiet at night. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The only downfall was the valet parking has a 15-20 minute wait but you can call ahead before your arrival.

Everyone here was very welcome, the suite was clean and well mainted! We look forward to coming back. From the front security guard and the front desk worker to the kitchen staff ,they were all exceptional to their attentiveness and welcoming attitudes. Thank you for making this a great experience!!!

The room I paid for wasn't available due to air-conditioning issues so they gave me a smaller room next to the dinning area. Loud noises really early in the mornings and late at night. I cut my toe late at night due to a shoe issue, went to the front desk to ask for bandage and they had none. A young girl, Karen, I believe was in training, was kind enough to go to her purse and let use tape to cover my wound. Thank you so much Karen!

Great place in Oaxaca and close to everything!

Everything went great. Compared to other areas in the city, this hotel was very quiet as the rooms are all towards the back of the property with the restaurant taking up the front. Everything was very clean and new looking. The room was very aesthetically pleasing. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely, local small hotel. All new furnishings, contemporary Oaxaca style decorations. Although the room was very small it had everything I needed: amenities, large closet, iron & board, safe, vanity, coffee nook, chair and very comfortable king size bed.

Visiting for research at Santo Domingo just around the corner - couldn't recommend this spot with more enthusiasm! The staff were courteous, helpful, and multi-lingual. Restaurant had a good selection and everything I tried was nicely prepared and very tasty. The hotel itself is beautiful, with many thoughtful details to make your stay a pleasant one. In room coffee, with AC and hot water on demand, for those who care about such things.
