Beaucoup de charme mais litterie hors d'usage

Pour : La situation, centrale et les chambres loin des bruits de la rue, le décor
Contre : Les matelas! Franchement comment peux-t-on proposer à quiconque de dormir sur des ressorts!
Un grillage pour pouvoir laisser la fenêtre ouverte.
Emplacement : Proche du Templo Santo Domino et de tout le reste ( jolis immeubles, super restos, musées...)
Mis à part les matelas ( des deux lits doubles de la chambre 205) très durs et qui n'offraient plus que des ressorts à leur surface, je pense que l'hôtel est très agréable. Le regret est d'avoir si mal et si peu dormi.
Nous avons pris des petits-déjeuners fabuleux dans de charmants lieux (dont le PAN:AM) qui offrent d'excellentes viennoiseries et autres nourritures saines et de qualité (dont le délicieux chocolat chaud) et qui sont nombreux et à proximité de l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner proposé à l'hôtel semblait plus passe-partout et de moindre qualité, alors que la boulangerie et pâtisserie est réputée à Oaxaca.
Je n'oserais recommander l'hôtel uniquement à cause des mauvais matelas que nous avons eu dans notre chambre

Muy buena ubicación, excelente atención del personal, sientes la seguridad, te ayudan en todo, una actitud de servicio. Nos gustó mucho el restaurant, es buen lugar para desayunar. Solo siento que el bar del rooftop, no esté disponible todas las noches… solo algunas

Nice hotel with all you need for staying in Oaxaca. Not the fanciest but it was more than enough.

Disappointing the least to say

The photos of the hotel are misleading as provide an impression that you can enjoy sitting in the main area only to realize that it’s a sinking room and there is no lobby and sitting area in the hotel except 2 arm chairs. Moreover, the entrance of the hotel looks like a back entrance to a restaurant where several rooms with empty fridges and hotel inventory is stored. We received 1 day before check out a notice that a taxi is waiting for us to leave the hotel, and only after inquiring the hotel staff realized it made a Mistake. While a hotel staff, hardly knowing any English, at the reception agreed for our late check out in the day of
stay, she didn’t inform the receptionist the following day who was about to charge us extra for late check out. We had to argue with the staff convincing of their mistake.
The only food compliment I can give is to the wonderful room cleaning staff who cleaned the room and arranged it nicely. What else was disturbing is that there were no fridges in the rooms, an appliance you would expect considering the room price per Night.
Overall impression was disappointing.
