I love this hotel so much, it is nice and the rooms are big and comfortable, they have AC which is important for me, beds are fine, and service is good and quich. I love the area, super walkable, so many places are close. It might be a little noisey at night but nothing crazy since I stayed in a holiday but I absolutely recommend this hotel, they even have a restaurant inside but I didn't try it but looks great.
The hotel is very nice and in good shape. Great dinning, drinking, shopping and sight seeing at walking distance. Too much traffic at night, but it’s downtown, so it’s expected.
Perfect location. Two blocks from the Zócalo and down the street from Mercado 20 de Noviembre. Took only 15-20 mins. from the airport. Right in the thick of things. Nice staff and restaurant inside the courtyard.
Location was great! Place is beautiful, they should instal a sofa/bed . Beds are too small, i rent the room as advertise for 3 persons but the lack of sofa/bed make it very unfortable for a 3rd person . Other than that everything wwas wonderful.
The hotel was clean, safe, and comfortable. Only a little over a block from the town square and close to the markets as well. We stayed a week in Oaxaca, and for us the hotel was perfectly located for all the things we wanted to do.
Excellent property in a phenomenal location. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive. AC was ice cold and worked well. Only issue is encountered is you can hear all of the noise in the courtyard at all times of the evening. Nevertheless excellent stay would highly recommend hotel.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Everything was excellent apart from the music in the lobby restaurant/bar. The bass was hitting pretty hard. If you have a room in the lower level (101/102), expect some noise.
I reserved a room for multiple days no problem then I ended up having to stay an extra night and payed more for it well they changed me to a different room after I payed for the same room , went to the guy named Andres he tried to sabotage me and tell me that if I cancelled my room and paid him more pesos he’d give me the same room so I didn’t have to change rooms. Rude and poor service

Fantastic location. Clean and friendly service. Great value. Only warning is that it can at times be loud due to the rooms all being around a courtyard that has seating and you can hear what's going on out there. It's reasonable, but if you're very particular about quiet then this might put you off.
Great Service. Nice hotel in the center of Oaxaca city. You can walk out of the hotel and have shops, stands and restaurants nearby. I loved staying here for the location and the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable to stay in. Will be coming back!
I love this place this is my 2nd time staying with them. I love the service. Very quiet place. Very close to downtown and at night time plenty of places to eat. It has a bar 😁
