El estudio Yanhuitlán es un acogedor Loft de 35 m2 producto de la reforma de un garage, cuenta con todos los servicios, comodidad, calidez y fácil acceso pues se encuentra a nivel de calle, recién remodelado, de estilo ecléctico con elementos de reciclaje. Al haber sido garage, es parte de la casa, sin embargo es muy independiente, pues se encuentra a unos pasos del acceso principal de la casa. Es un excelente espacio en el hermoso barrio de Xoxhimilco, incleiblemente cerca del centro, muy tranquilo y seguro para caminar a cualquier hora.
