The rooms where clean and pretty well maintained, the staff was kind and friendly. It was close to the Centro and a walkable distance from most things. They also offered 2 tours, and although we didn't do any it was nice to have that option.

The property needs tremendous amount of maintenance in the rooms, closet, internet, ac, food taste. Easiest check in ever! All the staff was friendly but Efrain at the front desk is awesome!! very friendly and helpful with questions we had he was there to help with anything we needed.

We stayed for a few days; the main issues were the lack of coffee in room and being able to refill drinking water bottles. Pool towels are not readily available and have a time to return them to the check out desk. Volume on tv is restricted and AC can only work at a certain level.
