Comfortable, secluded house for up to 14 people, 5 bathrooms, large lot

The vacation home is the last remaining part of the outbuilding of the Seehausen estate, built in 1811. It accommodates up to 14 people and is ideal for relaxing stays with friends and family, as well as for groups, gatherings, events, and small functions. It also makes a wonderful venue for seminars. The house and its surroundings offer peace, space, and inspiration for focused work.

Our accommodations are rented with a minimum stay of three nights. This policy allows for a relaxed weekend without time pressure on the day of departure. Many groups take advantage of the option to depart on Sunday evening or early Monday—whichever fits their personal schedule. At the same time, the three-day stay ensures that we can prepare the house and outdoor areas to our usual high standards.

You enter the house through a spacious, furnished entryway with a piano, which can be used as a common gathering place for everyone. The house features two large living units, each with a fully equipped kitchen (counter space, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and dining area). Both dining areas feature large tables that can seat up to eight people each.

Upper Floor:
– three bedrooms with a total of six beds
– a living room with two sofa beds as optional extra sleeping arrangements
– all four rooms have their own shower room

Ground Floor:
– two bedrooms with a total of three beds
– one bathroom
– a large living area with a sleeper sofa as an optional extra bed
– open, fully equipped kitchen and dining area

Adjacent to the living area is the 90 m² natural stone terrace, furnished in the summer, which is perfect for extended outdoor barbecue evenings. From there, you have direct access to the expansive lawns featuring a covered pavilion and a sandbox for children. The property is completely fenced in.

The building features a solar thermal system and a constructed wetland, and uses eco-friendly electricity. Amenities include six bedrooms, five bathrooms, two living areas, and two fully equipped kitchens. Additionally, a crib, two washing machines, and four drying racks are available. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked separately if needed.

There are four parking spaces directly at the house; please park any additional vehicles along the fence.

Tourist tax:
The municipality of Prenzlau charges a tourist tax of 1.07 € per person per night. This tax is not collected through Vrbo but is billed separately via a payment link after booking. It is not included in the travel price and is forwarded in full to the municipality.

Whether spring, summer, fall, or winter—every season in the Uckermark has its own charm. The Uckerseen vacation region borders the Schorfheide, and many areas are protected nature reserves. The landscape features hills, water, forests, wildlife, cranes, and white-tailed eagles, as well as plenty of nature where you can hike, swim, bike, kayak, or ride horses. The area was awarded the prize for sustainable tourism in 2013.
