2連泊の初日に掛布団の衿元に大きな目立つシミ汚れがあるのに気づき、翌朝、フロントに交換をお願いして出かけたのですが交換されずにベッドメーキングされていました。施設が古いのは仕方ないですが、清潔感は保ってほしい。 清掃そのものや、スタッフの方の接遇はみなさん良かっただけに、残念でした。
