Your vacation starts here. Imagine pulling up to where your RELAXATION starts. Our cozy mobile home is the perfect fit for your family. Come relax with your family in our peaceful get away. Enjoy waking up to a beautiful sunrise right from your bed. Grab a cup of complimentary coffee and head to the deck, enjoy relaxing in the adirondack chairs. Or throw the crab cage in the water for some of Marylands finest catch. Our comfortable cozy home just don’t stop at the deck check out our porch where there is seating for the whole family. Watch the bay from the screened in porch or play the big Jenga or checkers In our cozy home, we have 2 bedrooms for your family to sleep comfortable. The front bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, but wait the view is what this room is all about with the glass sliding doors leaving the shades open to catch the morning sunrise! In our common area we have a open concept living room/kitchen area. The living room has a full size sofa bed. Down the hall is a washer and dryer with complimentary soap powder and right next to it is a full bathroom with a tub. Tucked away if needed is a twin foldaway bed and a pack and play for the little ones. We also have Alexa speakers and 3 Roku TVs , books and a few toys for the little ones or make it a family game night with our board games. If you wanna head outdoors our home is located near everything. We are a 15 minute walk or 4 minute drive to the beach. If you drive like i do often you can park for free right at the beach access at 130th coastal highway. We have complimentary beach buckets, sand toys and chairs for you to enjoy. Our neighborhood has 2 community pools with splash pool for the little ones. Also there is a miniature golf course, shuffleboard, and 2 tennis courts for you to enjoy. Take a morning walk to the pond and nature trail. Check out Northside Park which is right next to our community. Northside park has great events planned doing the high season for your family to enjoy. The park has playgrounds, fields, running paths, exercise area and a fishing and crabbing pier to enjoy.

On Coastal Highway we have Montengo Bay Supermarket, dollar tree and all kinds of restaurants for a evening out. Alley Oops is right near the house for arcade fun! I recommend the Crab Bag for all you can eat crabs or BBQ. There’s ice cream shops, miniature golf courses, we are about a mile from the border of Delaware where you can go to Thunder Lagoon Waterpark or ride the Go Karts in Fenwick. We are close to Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth beaches. The Tanger Outlets are about a 1/2 hour in Rehoboth. In West Ocean City which is about 15 minutes also have outlets if you don’t wanna go as far.

Ocean City has a great bus system which runs up and down Coastal Highway for $3 per day. If you wanna head over to the boardwalk without driving. The bus stop is at 130th.

1st time Visitor

First of all, Nicole, thank you for dealing with my texts, calls, and emails. You are so easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and were so happy to find you available to be close to our son. I so enjoyed being able to sit outside at night on the back deck overlooking the water and even for coffee in the morning. My future grandson enjoyed the treats that were there while he was fishing. Although the place is older, there is nothing you lacked especially for the beach. Very clean and so many extras from beach towels to cleaning supplies. Coffee and creamer to snacks. Thank you again.

Perfect place to stay! Close to everything, but on quiet street with deck view of the bay, and large enclosed living space. Very sweetly decorated, lovely place settings. Nicole thought of everything! Games for us to play, coffee pods( i brought bagged) and even some toiletries( i forgot mine:(), nice welcoming package. We had everything we needed(paper products) and then some( laundry soap). Would definitely stay here again, very clean and wonderful communication with host. Thanks, Nicole!

Somewhat dated mobile home but a lot of fun. Toys, chairs, sheets, towels and most surprisingly, coffee pods with creamers. Comfortable chairs on the deck over looking the water. We were very happy.

Nice location, home could use some comfortable updates beds and update in general

We absolutely loved being on the bay to fish and crab. We were disappointed with the level of comfort of beds. Pull out couch and extra fold up bed are not comfortable to sleep on. Their is also only one fold away bed. The bathrooms are very outdated and I think should be shown better in listing. Their is no ventilation or AC in the bathroom or working window, so it gets very uncomfortable even with window units on in bedroom and living room. The stove doesn’t have a working hood for ventilation or lighting. The pool was also a disappointment. Their is no splash area for kids, only a small kids pool and basic rectangle pool, that is fine for many, but I think that listing should show pictures of the community features so theirs no surprise. The listing says beach toys are available, but their wasn’t much to use at the beach. We also had a terrible time with ants in the kitchen and bathrooms despite all the traps on kitchen counters where we prepared food. We went in august and pool was extremely cold. We loved the crabbing and fishing set up that was provided!

OCMD gem!

Let me start off by saying how welcoming and cozy this property was. I normally travel with just about everything from trash bags, dish washing liquid to sugar and let me just say I used absolutely none of the items I brought from home, the place was stocked with everything but actual food to eat. We arrived to a fun little scavenger hunt Nicole left for us which the kids loved. There were a few minor things that came about, but Nicole was quick to respond and offer assistance and solutions. She was honestly the sweetest, so shout out to you Nicole! The home itself is cute and small, perfect for our small family. The neighborhood was completely quiet and peaceful. The best nights Ive had in a long time were spent outside on that bayside deck relaxing. We were about 18 mins from all the boardwalk fun and right across the street from the beach. We didnt get to go to the community pool but drove by one on our way out each time, pretty close to the home and looked like fun. We caught 7 little crabs with the crab cage which was fun for the kids and all the games and toys to play was a big bonus, kept the kids off their electronics while we were at the house. All in all an amazing time and we all cannot wait to visit and book this property again!

Great place to stay

Great location away from all the business of the strip but still close enough that its easy to head out and join in the bustle. Quiet, friendly community great for families. Nichole answered all of our questions promptly and when we had a slight issue with the house (we had a fuse blow) she got back to us within minutes letting us know how to find the fuse box so we could get it taken care of.

Amazing view and neighborhood

We had a great stay. The view from the deck is spectacular. The neighborhood is quiet and has tennis courts and a pool. It’s conveniently located and the property manager was so helpful and responsive when we accidentally locked the key in the house.

Amazing Family Summer Vacation

My family and I had an Amazing time. The property had a little bit of everything: fishing, crabbing, quiet, great view, and just a few miles from everything. A great family vacation, we are looking forward to doing this again.

Perfect for our family of 4!

This was an awesome little place in OC! The owner Nicole was absolutely wonderful! She always got back to me right away with any questions I may have had and we had accidentally left something there and she even reached out after to let me know & work out sending it back to us. She also set up a little scavenger hunt with some treats for us for when we arrived which my little one loved! We love staying in Montego Bay it’s a great neighborhood & this home was in a court too which was great for my little girl to ride her bike around! The only thing I could say that we really didn’t love was how small the showers/bathroom was but it seems that that they are remodeling some things little by little so I’m sure that is on their list of things to do! Otherwise everything else was great!

Perfect beach getaway

It was actually a perfect location for a quiet beach getaway. Entertainment, wonderful food but yet the perfect setting for relaxing with the family. From coffee, a little morning yoga and then cocktails in the evening on the beautiful deck.
