Whip up favorite recipes in the newly renovated kitchen, detailed with black granite countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, white subway tile backsplash, and a four-seat kitchen bar that keeps the kids happy.

Enjoy the relaxation of the fireplace glow as you unwind in the living room and listen to the waves crashing on the seashore. The space is complete with a sofa bed and a 75-inch smart TV with surround sound and Direct TV. Two stylish suites offer king beds and TVs - one of which includes a fireplace. A washer/dryer adds a layer of comfort during your stay.

Things to Know
Please note: During the off-season, After Labor Day and before Memorial Day the building will be doing balcony reconstruction work. Construction will take place on weekdays, and guests may experience some intermittent noise during this time.
A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out.
The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.
The Century 1 building includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental. The unit and building are not handicap accessible.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
