Short Walk or Bike Ride to the Beach, Jolly Rogers Amusement & Water Park, Boardwalk, Restaurants & Bars! Two Queen Beds and a Sleeper Sofa sleeps 6. Parking is first come basis BUT you must display a Parking Pass from your visor.



Private Boat Ramp For the Community Allows Renters to Drop a Small Boat, 16’ or smaller due to 2-3 ‘ mean low water depth. Property has a full Kitchen With Combination Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Disposal, Refrigerator and Range!

When we arrived, none of the beds had any sheets, pillowcases, or comforters, and there were no towels of any kind — basic essentials that should be ready before check-in. We had to make multiple calls on the first day just to get the basics, and although items were delivered the next day, we had to wait around to receive everything, including a universal TV remote and a replacement smoke detector (since the original had been completely removed — a major safety concern). The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no usable pots and pans, no cutting board, and only four plates, despite the unit being listed for six guests. The tiny pull-out dining table barely seats five, and even that’s cramped. If you’re planning to cook or dine in as a group, be prepared for some frustration. Other problems included: ‱ Non-functional sliding door blinds, reducing privacy and light control. ‱ No blackout curtains, so you’re up with the sun whether you want to be or not. ‱ Air conditioner only in the living room, causing a major imbalance — the pull-out sofa area was freezing while the bedrooms were too warm. ‱ No broom, mop, or dustpan, making it hard to keep the floors clean in a beach setting.

Nice stay but some improvements needed

Condo was comfy, clean, modern, and pretty quiet and overall enjoyed the property. However, there were a few issues (mostly with bringing our jetski) that keep me from giving this property 5 stars that I believe could be addressed with some better communication. First is that there wasn't any toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, or dish scrubber. Luckily we had toilet paper and paper towels with us, but it was surprising they weren't provided. There aren't many places in the area to get those (closest was CVS 14 blocks away). Second, the beds were pretty flimsy. Just a mattress sitting on a folding frame. The one bed kept collapsing on us in the middle of the night with the slightest of movement. Also if you are using the sleeper sofa bed there's no comforter for it. Third, there is only ONE parking tag provided and not two as stated in the property description. If you are bringing a boat/jetski, this is where things got complicated. Before booking I messaged the host asking if there would be any issues with parking our boat trailer and truck and was told it should not be a problem. When you arrive there are signs everywhere saying no jetskis, boats, or trailers are allowed to be parked there. Additionally, there is a chain with a lock on the boat ramp and we were not provided a code to unlock it. I called iTrip and they were not aware there was a lock so they tried to call the condo's owner. Meanwhile we happen to talk to another one of the owners who live there and they gave us the name/number for the overall condo management company. After calling them I was told that no you can't have a trailer but she would make an exception for us since were were already there and had been told otherwise. She also supplied us with the boat ramp lock and I then gave that to the iTrip contact since they hadn't heard from the owner. Just be sure to ask about the lock code and the trailer parking before you arrive. Our understanding is neither iTrip nor the actual condo owner is authorized to provide the parking exception and it needs to come from the condo manager.

The room was very nice and cozy and a fairly quiet place to stay the only thing the room did not have the Alexa and the washer and dryer did not work
