Catalina 7 is a condominium located on the ocean block. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a large furnished balcony overlooking a cute beach town with a glimpse of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!

The wood-paneled living room is furnished with three comfortable sofas, a light blue chair and a flat-screen television. The larger couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. Right off of the living room is the fully-stocked kitchen and a small dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has two twins as well. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Catalina 7 has the following amenities: central air conditioning, two parking spaces, one TV, seasonal WiFi, cable TV, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, and an outdoor foot shower.

nice location beach boardwalk

first thing house not ready still being cleaned 4pm. Sand on front porch and hallway rug. Dishes dirty, dirty 1980 coffee Maker. No private Master bath like the listing. No Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, no grill. No electric left side of sink( code Violation). Trash pickup every day 7am. AC rocks. I wouldnt stay here again only because would like a bit nicer

Spacious, ocean view from nice porch, easy access to boardwalk fun

Great ocean view for the price. Also great central location for everything on the boardwalk and more. Very comfortable.
