Sit on the balcony after a day on the beach and watch the boats go by or sip your favorite drink and watch the most beautiful sunset you have ever seen. This is an end unit located on the south side of the building. Balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. Newly renovated home for the 2025 season!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). the only thing is this place should have a luggage carts .
they could be lock up down in on the ground level, with a keg on the condo keg ring to unlock the cart.
