Whispering Sands 101 is a large luxury condo conveniently located on 45th street just steps from the beach. Three bedroom, 2 bath unit tastefully decorated in beach decor can sleep 12. All the conveniences of home, including washer, dryer, full kitchen, 4 tvs and internet. The building has an elevator, an outdoor pool and the unit comes with 2 parking spots. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. The Jacuzzi tub is not working and is not included in the rental.
Bed sizes include 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 pyramid bunks, a double sleep sofa and a queen sleep sofa. Guests provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
Smoking/ Vaping is not permitted on property grounds including balcony, except in the designated area located in the parking lot. No pets, please.
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Family Vacation

We had 4 adults and 7 children. This condo covered everything, was in great shape, and provided everything we needed. Close to the beach, close to a lot of attractions. Will stay here again.

Property was fine. Great location. Was not clean when we arrived, but this was taken care of. Pool needs cameras up..teenagers coming in from beach..littering and rude. Leaving their food containers. I dont think they were renters at Whispering Sands.

Best place we've stayed in OCMD

Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Very roomy with plenty of space for everyone. Not only an ocean view from the balcony but also from the main living space. Sleeps 12 in actual beds plus two pull out couches. 4 tvs. Walking distance to ice cream, mini golf, restaurants, beach, candy store, etc. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

my night there my car got towed because there was no parking when i had a ticket to park in lot .. but. guess other people parked there that weren’t suppose too.. This is the only thing that upset me about the whole trip!

Family Vacation

Overall the place was great, no too far from the beach which was nice since we didn't have to cross any busy streets. Had great view of both the ocean and bay. Within walking distance of mini golf and other activities.Only downside was distance to boardwalk. I would recommend this place.

Close to beach, lots of sleeping room, nicely kept condo!

We loved staying here! We had an amazing week and love staying in this condo. The condo was in great shape, very nicely maintained. There is a TON of sleeping room (many beds). The best part is that the condo is about a half block (or less) off the beach! This was SO convenient to just pop up to the condo to grab lunch, use the bathroom, etc. and then head back down to the beach. The dining/living room area is larger than I expected based on the picture, which was a nice surprise. We also loved having a washer/dryer in unit - this is a huge convenience at the beach with all the sandy clothes. Overall we really enjoyed this place and would consider staying here again! The only reason I am giving the condo 4 stars is because we had some issues with the AC unit, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. When we arrived the AC unit was leaking all over the floor. We called the management company and they sent someone out to look at it, but they could not do repairs without getting into the owners' closet. So the floor in the hallway remained wet for most of our stay. Then towards the end of the week, the unit stopped working overnight. Called the management company again, they sent someone out to fix it, but then it stopped working overnight again. Luckily that was our last night. Overall, this was not a huge deal, more of a minor inconvenience (thankfully it wasn't insanely hot that week, otherwise it would have been a huge deal!), but something we'd rather not have had to deal with.
