Ocean City 3BR Condo at Island Breeze

Enjoy the breeze at this spacious seaside ocean block condo complete with a full kitchen, soothing jetted tub, furnished balcony, and shared outdoor pool all within walking distance of the famous OC beach. This three-bedroom, 2 full bath get away is perfect for the entire family. The home comes with our "resort package" ; which includes towels, bed sheets and a starter pack of home items such as paper towels, toilet paper and soaps.
The space
This home features a rainbow of fun colors (professionally painted in 2023), this sunny and bright condo has family-friendly sensibilities as well as plenty of desirable, modern amenities including a well-equipped, fully stocked kitchen to prepare your family meals.

The master bedroom has a king bed, private balcony access, and an attached full bath with a soothing Jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall.

The first guest room has a queen bed, while the third room has two double beds. With three bedrooms and two full baths, this rental sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably.

Complimentary wifi and TVs including one in the living room and one in each bedroom. Cable is available in the master and the second bedroom. The third bedroom TV has a built in DVD player and HDMI port for gaming, Firesticks, etc.

There is a beautiful balcony with ample seating as well as an outdoor pool on the property. Plus, you are just a few steps from the famous OC beach !

There are 2 parking spaces provided. The building is a secure building with a code needed to access the elevator or stairs.

The home comes with our "Resort Package" that includes bed linens, towels and a 'starter pack' of paper towels, toilet paper, soap and other household products.

Rental as shown and stated, plenty spacious, nicely furnished, plenty of towels good ocean view from large balcony. Plenty of restaurants and activities near by so no need to use car. Would definitely rent in the future. Cable tv a plus as we don’t stream.
