THINGS TO KNOW
The swimming pool is operated by the complex and we have no authority over the pool. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice including days and hours of operation in which the pool is open.
In the event that guests cancel their reservation, we will return the unit to the rental market in an attempt to re-rent the unit. If we are able to re-rent the unit for the same amount or greater you will receive a refund less a $150 cancellation fee. If we are able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the $150 cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will forfeit the full rental amount.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful condo - amazing views!

The condo was fantastic. We loved all the artwork, especially the paintings in the living area. The kitchen was well stocked with multiple options for making coffee - I was so glad for the French press! The unit was clean and well maintained. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations in the guide and tried a couple that are new favorites! One concern regarding check-in: We arrived between 5-6pm (so not super late) and had to pick up remotes and parking passes from a shared lock box outside the Vacasa office. There were many envelopes for renters - with names clearly visible to anyone opening the lockbox (as well as possible tailgaters). There was no security to make sure people picked up the correct envelopes or make sure the building and unit codes were not viewed by unauthorized persons. I hope this process is improved before our next trip to OC!

Beautiful view

Hi, we loved the view. Everything is conveniently located just a walk away. The Boardwalk, Beach, Ocean, Fishing Pier, The inlet for the White marlin open and food and restaurants. Just a beautiful relaxing vacation. The cleaning crew could of did a better job before we got there, but overall it was awesome!

Family FUN!

This condo is perfect for a family vacation. The location is amazing and there's lots of space for everyone! The kitchen is well stocked for the cook in the group and the binoculars were an added perk to enjoy the beautiful view!! The only disappointing comment: the condo was not ready for the 4:00 check-in 😔

Great location and lots of space!

The location and space of the rental are the biggest selling point for the property. The check in process could be better in that you have to wait until 4, sometimes up to 7pm to check in. They should be able to keep each rental separate in the system and notify each tenant when cleaning is finished as opposed to not allowing anyone in until at least 4pm. And then they do not contact you when it’s ready and you have to just check back in. Also when we got into the rental, it didn’t look cleaned. It was picked up but trash bag still in the container and sand and dirt in the floor. In order to feel comfortable with moving there for the week, we had to do accept clean ourselves. This is unfortunate since we waited so long to check in, for the very reason of cleaning the property. Overall happy with the stay.

Location was in the heart of the boardwalk!

This property was right where everything was happening. Evenings were very noisy because of that. This condo was beautiful but very dirty. We were asked to sign a waiver saying we were ok with it not being cleaned. I refused. So they went and checked our condo, lied and said it had been cleaned. I will not stay again. It felt very unsafe especially during covid. You would think they would be cleaning extra with a pandemic.

Nice condo overall

Pros: nice, spacious condo, great views, secure parking garage, and great location Cons: not well cleaned and fairly noisy from the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again if they hire a better cleaning service. Everything else was really nice at the condo.

Beautiful Condo

I attempted to book through the vantage property management company as I do every year, and had a poor experience this year so I decided to try vrbo. Disappointed they only allow for weekly stays. The pandemic is the only reason we were able to stay the week and we come every year. The toilet, microwave, and sliding door issues had issues. I called for sliding door Tuesday and they did not come until Friday. We checked out Saturday. Maintenance appeared unannounced to fix the microwave and unannounced again to fix the sliding door. Aside from those things, this was the nicest condo we've stayed in, and we stay in the building every year.

Amazing place, incredible view!

Location couldn't have been better. Fireworks right in front of our balcony! This place was perfect for my senior parents that can't go to the beach anymore but were able to watch the grandkids play from the balcony and even swim in the ocean! They were even able to wave to us when we rode the Sea Rocket!!! Rooms were very comfortable and the view from the master bedroom was priceless. Being on the 8th floor was nice, didn't hear any of the noise from the boardwalk.
