These delightful 2 bedroom, 2 bath units are tucked away in a wooded section of Old Landing Road (104th Street). The units feature fully equipped kitchens, central air conditioning and washer and dryer. The complex offers an outdoor pool with a children's pool and off street parking for 2 cars per unit. Available for full and partial week bookings. This is a first floor unit with a screened balcony overlooking the wetlands and bay. Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping, this is a prime pick! Two new smart TV's as of July 2020. Unit has no cable and no internet service from end of September to April 1st

Perfect for my family of 5. Clean and comfortable. Right across from the pool. Modern kitchen appliances and TVs. Screened in porch is awesome!! Needs some cushions on the wicker furniture.

Overall satisfied with our stay. The unit wasn’t cleaned that’s well.oat do the glass surfaces has finger prints and smudges on them. The blue couch had what looked like a fake eye lash’s and glitter all over it so that was kind of gross and the furniture was old and kind of sticky on the arm rests. The bathrooms were clean. Master tub didn’t drain too well while showering. Wifi didn’t work the whole week. Overall would stay at this unit again definitely. But would like those things I addressed to be fixed if I was to do so again.

Beautiful Location

The condo had a beautiful view of the marsh land out back and the sunsets were awesome to watch every night. The condo had everything that was listed in the description. We had some issues with ants and with water draining in the kitchen sink and the washer, and maintenance was very quick to come and take care of all of it for us. Our main complaint with the condo is that it smells like moth balls (or something similar) SO BAD. I'm assuming the owner keeps some stored in the closet right behind the couch and also possibly in the air vent that's right above the tv blowing in your face. The smell while sitting on the couch is overpowering and we all had to move to the other chairs to avoid the smell, especially when the AC kicked on. Overall this is a nice condo. But we wouldn't rent again in the future due to the smell.

Nice location, but hesitant to return

The location was nice. Very short walk to the beach. Off of the main road and quiet. Screened in porch was enjoyable. However..... There was an overwhelming smell of mothballs as soon as we opened the front door. It never got better. We adjusted, although did experience some headache/congestion within a few hours, possibly a side affect? And every time we were out of the house and returned, we had to adjust to the strong smell all over again. Besides that, mattresses were very hard. Furniture was old and dirty, although I imagine impossible to clean at this point. Looking back, the mothball smell and mattresses are the things that sick on our memory. Not sure we'll return, but if you can get past the smell and pack a mattress topper, it could be great!

cleanliness

The property was not as clean as I thought it would be, we had ants in the kitchen, the bathrooms didn't look or feel clean ie: the bathroom shower curtain was ripped in the main bathroom, the baseboards in both bathrooms were not clean the walls had something stuck to them( I cleaned them up with wipes I had taken with me), the master shower had a removal head with a hose and it leaked when you took the head out of its cradle, the carpet in the spare bedroom was stained, the microwave was rusted on the inside, the fridge had something all over the side of it, the location was great, loved the screened in deck/porch, we spent a lot of the evening here...
