Enjoy the outdoor pool and the convenience of an easy walk to the beach, plus close proximity to restaurants, nightlife, amusements, and shops. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, free Wi-Fi, A/C, and parking for 2 cars. Mini-week rentals are available throughout the summer. This property is non-smoking (including the condo, balcony, and all common areas in the Lucayan complex) and animals are prohibited. Occupancy is 6. Great space and location!

We enjoyed our stay; plenty is space for a family of 4 to spread out and central location to what we needed. Views of the bay were amazing!

Check in process was seamlessl No problems The hallways were narrow and could not even get the dolly to turn into the door The curtains had holes and shower curtain was torn For the price they could fix up a few things

Needs fixing and cleaning

The tv in the queen room didn’t work. All doors were off hinges in the kitchen and bedrooms. Door handle on the king room is coming unscrewed. Black scuff marks on walls. Dust on ceiling around vents. Handles on kitchen pantry were filthy. The area rugs don’t look like they’ve been washed in a long time. Filter trap in dryer 
 couldn’t tell the last time that was emptied either. Overall a nice condo with nice layout but it needs to be taken care of and cleaned better.

Nice place with great bay view

Condo was in pretty good shape. Nothing was really new or modern but mostly everything was operational and clean. Good place to just sleep if you plan on being out during the day/night. The bay view from the balcony was great and it was only about block walk to the beach.

Nice, quiet & cozy place to stay.

Room was clean and larger than the pictures showed. 5 minutes walk to the beach and quiet area close to the bay.
