This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom gem offers and updated kitchen with large island and is stocked with all the cooking and serving items you will need to feel right at home here. Walk in the door to the unique welcome bench w/hooks in the entry hall then make your way to the cozy couch to watch your favorite cable programs or relax watching the dolphins from the pub table looking out over the ocean. The two bathrooms are beautifully updated and each bedroom is equipped with room darkening blinds and TV's to add to your comfort during your stay. The primary bedroom also offers a direct ocean view with a vanity/desk. To top it off a brand new washer and dryer are also available for your use. The owners have worked very hard to make this unit absolutely perfect for you and your family to enjoy! Book your stay today.

$100 Quay Amenity Fee is required due upon arrival, payable by credit card at security. This fee includes one parking pass, indoor outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, and seasonal (summer only) Café for breakfast and lunch. Just as advertised

The condo was clean. Home away from home for sure. Outside building isn’t much to look at but the friendliness of staff and condo amenities made up. Breakfast in the cafe was priced reasonably and delicious. Thanks for a great stay.

Spring break getaway

The condo is spacious and beautiful, just how it looks in the pictures. Building management is super nice and helpful and the indoor pool and game room were great entertainment this time of year when the weather was a little too cold and windy for the beach.

Nice Oceanside Stay

Very nice condo for a family stay. With the master separate from the other two rooms, the layout is great for allowing reset before and after the day. The views of the ocean are lovely with a quiet spot to sit outside on the balcony and even a quaint spot inside for cooler mornings/evenings. The quay indoor pool is smaller but in the off season we had it and the saunas all to ourselves. The second floor game room was great on the cooler days as well. We had an after hour checkin on the first day and there was an error regarding the linen package. While we ended up without linens for the first night, the property manager resolved the error immediately on the second day once their office opened. This is a standard question when staying in OC so for all travelers I recommend making sure you directly communicate with the amazing property managers ahead of your stay to ensure everything is set for your arrival.

Beautiful place BUT

Checkin was 3:00pm-5:00pm. We arrived 3:30 and our place was not cleaned until 4:45. We actually started moving items in while there were cleaning! The property manager, Dawn, refunded our cleaning fee and helped with a couple of other details
 despite the tough beginning the place in and of itself was great! Great location and very comfortable accommodations!
