Top Royal 403-S is a condominium located on the ocean block. This one-bedroom, one and a half bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a spectacular view of a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood and the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!

The minimalist living room is furnished with a floral couch, a comfortable arm chair, and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Bridging the gap between the living room and the bedroom is the fully-stocked kitchen. The bedroom has two double beds, a television, and a private half-bathroom. The full bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!

Condo is in need of cleaning! Bedroom was filthy, carpet, walls and baseboards. Bathrooms both need floors and baseboards cleaned including heating elements. We felt like we were staying in a slumlord condo. On a good note The living room was ok except the dirty sofa, we had to get extra sheets to cover it so we could sit in the living room. The slider needs replaced, track needs cleaned and it does not lock. Balcony floor needs power washed and the kitchen cabinets and baseboards were dirty. I would NEVER refer anyone to stay here.The realtor sent cleaning people, they cleaned a bit while we were there, however we went to beach and they left right after us so not much cleaning happened.

Easy booking and check in/out. The unit is equiped well. It does need a deep cleaning. Floors and surfaces were reasonably clean, baseboards and corners etc. Could use attention. Overall very good experience.

Beachtime!

Wasn’t bad for the price. Close to the beach. Was clean and comfortable, served its purpose. Bathrooms could use updated. Best part, pool is open later than most!
