The home offers two assigned parking spaces out front, plus ample street parking. Out back, enjoy your private boat slip—bring your boat, jet skis, paddleboard, or kayak and tie up right outside the back door. You can even go crabbing from the dock; a crab pot is provided for easy steaming and waterfront fun.

Inside, the bright and inviting space comfortably accommodates everyone with three bedrooms featuring a king bed, a queen bed, and a twin-over-queen bunk with trundle, plus a full bed in the living room.
