Beautiful location to spend time relaxing in one of New Jersey's top ten beach towns. House overlooks Wesley Lake and Asbury Park, but offers the Victorian charm of Ocean Grove. The Porch is where you will find yourself spending time relaxing and re-engaging with friends and or family when not enjoying the incredible location it offers for restaurants, beach, nightlife or shopping. Bright and comfortably furnished, it overlooks the front yard and Wesley Lake, and the patio area that houses the barbecue and outdoor seating for meals.
Two bedrooms, a queen size sofa bed and air mattress offer you the sleeping accommodations that meet your budget in style. The living room offers a flat screen, and seating. The Porch has is a bright space to curl up for a good book or a group chat. The large eat-in kitchen includes a stainless French-door style refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, stove and over-the-range microwave, AND TONS of counter space. This property includes a washer dryer for guest use.

Amazing!
My friends and I stayed here for memorial day weekend and we had the best stay here! The house was perfect clean up to date and comfortable! We had no issues everyone around us were so nice and welcoming. The view is great and cute little restaurants so near by. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Lark!!!

Great rental!
Beautiful rental!! Excellent location close to shops, beach, and restaurants. It was very clean, gorgeous lake view, plenty of air conditioning, and spacious common areas. Would definitely rent again!!

Flop house
Rent this house only if you’re desperate or want to have a frat party. The single toilet cannot be used if you shower, do dishes or laundry. A real problem for six people. My grandson had to poop in a pail. Furnishings shabby and linens musty on arrival. Walls were patched and some unpainted. Big leak in kitchen ceiling. Black mold on outside of house. Grill rusted and not working. Outdoor chairs dirty and missing cushions. Finally — only two beds! Leather sofa bed in pics replaced with dirty sofa with slipcover. Kitchen didn’t have a pot to make pasta. No trash bags or dish detergent. I could go on.

Don't Stay here.
Sorry Lark, but I have to be brutally honest. The location ( stellar!!) is the ONLY good thing about this rental.
DIRTY!! Dead flys on ceiling in bathroom, dust,mold,bugs on window sills. Curtains hung with thin metal rods that fell every time opening and closing curtains. Kitchen NOT WELL STOCKED. Could hardly cook. No cork screw, Non functioning can opener. 1 bathroom towel on arrival. No toilet paper. Washer and dryer down some horrible stairs where it was dark and FULL of cobwebs. With a little effort and attention to cleanliness this could be an excellent place. Put PLEASE Lark..spruce this place up before you rent to anyone else!!!
