Welcome to Savvy Sandpiper, a spacious and inviting lagoon-side home located in the desirable Island Park community of Ocean Isle Beach. This two-level property features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a king bed and private bath, as well as a second bedroom with a queen bed. A full hall bathroom and a laundry area are also located on this level. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed and private bath, while two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds—share a full bathroom.

This home is designed for comfort and relaxation, offering amenities such as central heat and air, Smart TVs, secure Wi-Fi, a microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and an enclosed outdoor shower. The dining area features a table that seats six, with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. Step outside to a large, uncovered porch that provides the perfect spot to sunbathe or enjoy a meal while taking in the serene view of the lagoon.

Guests have access to two community pools within Island Park and are just a short walk away from the beach access. For added convenience, the home features keyless entry.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

Incredible property. Very well appointed and extremely clean. We’ve been vacationing at OIB for around 30 years and this is by far our favorite property we’ve ever stayed in. If we have the opportunity, we would love to stay here again. The downstairs porch is just gorgeous.

Fantastic Week

This was our favorite VRBO ever! Plenty of space, beautifully decorated, easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and great view from the deck and patio. We checked out this morning, and booked for the same weekend next year as soon as we got home!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! The location provided a beautiful view of the enclosed canal, and a very doable walk to the beach. The house is beautiful and the accommodations are great. Only piece for anyone looking in winter months - the community pools are only open April - September and are not heated.

Lovely home with lots of room

We loved staying here! My family of 7 all stayed in this house comfortably with a babysitter which brought us up to 8. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We love Ocean Isle and think we may have found our yearly house to rent out for our summer vacation! Thank you for any amazing house for our family trip!

Wonderful Property

We enjoyed our time here. The house itself was full equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We rented a golf cart so the short trip to the beach was a breeze. We would highly recommend this property to family and friends. The host was extremely responsive and easy to work with.

Beautiful Beach Retreat!

This property has been updated and we even better than the photos show! It was the perfect space for three families with kids. Golf cart recommended as it is a hike from the beach, but great community pools and easy access to intercostal waterway. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here for our annual family beach trip. The house is clean, updated furnishings and has a relaxing feel. Our favorite nightly routine was enjoying the fun light on the outdoor patio and feeding veggies to the turtles. We hope to be back soon!

This was our 3rd year at Savy Sandpiper and it never disappoints! Great house! Love the outdoor shower, easy access to the beach, and the furnishings are spot on for all of our needs. Everything is just right. Zero complaints! (But Grandpa wishes he could bring his dog;-))

Very nice, clean and updated house.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was very well maintained and very clean. Very comfortable beds as well. The only issues we had was when we plugged into more than one outlet it threw a breaker. Other than that, we would very likely stay there again.
