Coast Awhile in Ocean Isle Beach

Oceanfront 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located at Sand Dwellers I complex. Private balcony with unobstructed ocean view to enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktail. Public beach access is at the end of the condo complex, which also has an oceanfront pool for you to enjoy. Newly remodeled kitchen and updated bathrooms. The building has 4 units per building. This unit is on the second floor to give you the best view of the ocean.

We provide bed linens and towels!!!

Condo is well-kept and very clean! Master suite is equipped with a king bed, en suite bathroom and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two double beds, flat screen TV and a full bathroom in the hallway. An additional flat screen TV is located in the living room. There is seating for 6 in the dining area and 4 stools for dining at the kitchen counter. The newly remodeled kitchen is generously stocked with all the high quality necessities to create your meals at the beach. There is also a washer & dryer in the condo. The condo complex also has an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from your time at the beach. To be able to stay connected to everyday life, wireless internet is available, as well as TV and other media streaming.

No smoking, No pets.

The room we stayed in was very nice, clean and loved having linens provided, and nice it didn't allow pets. As for the property too many pets allowed there. The pool was dirty and dog hair everywhere on property. Plus someones pet left a large pile of crap on our balcony behind the chair left of our main entrance the last night were there,and no we didn't clean it up because we don't have pets.

This is our 8th year coming to OIB and this rental did not disappoint. Location, kitchen and amenities were well described, communication with ownwmer was seemless. We really enjoyed the rental as it was clean and had everything we needed for the week between linens to kitchen stuff and decor was perfect

Coast Awhile was wonderful! We scheduled a last minute trip and the host Jeff was quick to respond and answer all questions. The property was clean, well equipped and furnished, along with the inclusion of bed linens and towels made for light packing. A quick walk to the beach and amazing views. This is our fourth stay at Coast Awhile in Ocean Isle Beach and this stay was just as wonderful as our previous stays. What makes this place extra special is our host Jeff. A good example is that during our week the town of OIB experienced a few hours of power outage. Jeff kept us updated the whole time. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location. We had a good stay. The only complaint I had was that the pool was closed, the ad never said the pool was closed. 4 warnings that aren’t discussed in the ad: 1) This condo is on the third floor. 2) longer walk to beach than expected, this is due to dunes blocking off the ocean entrance. 3) Cannot see the sunrise from the balcony, condo faces the south. 4) the balcony is shared with condo next store.

Myrtle Beach golf trip

Stayed at the condo for an old guys golf trip. Condo & accommodations were great. The real issue is the parking. The condo allows for one vehicle only. While there are several parking passes available in the condo, only one spot can be used and if you park on the street the police will ticket you. So if you have more than one vehicle, it’ll be a challenge.

Our stay was wonderful! This was a short trip but very comfortable and pleasant one. The condo was exceptionally well kept and everything is well organized with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. It is a wonderful location, quiet and peaceful! We have been visiting OIB for close to 40 years and I would say this condo is the best place we have stayed. Will be back!

Absolutely amazing!

We had a wonderful week vacation. The condo was so beautiful. Updated and very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Loved having linens and towels provided. Made packing so much easier.So many great places close by as well. Can’t recommend enough. Hope to be back next summer!!
