Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

This second-floor, one-bedroom unit, which we've named "Ocean Mistchiff", sleeps up to six guests with two memory foam queen beds and a memory foam sleeper sofa, making it a comfortable option for families or small groups. The kitchen includes a dishwasher to help keep meals and cleanup simple, as well as a full fridge, microwave, stove, oven, and a coffee pot with included coffee.



After exploring Ocean Shores by day, relax by the fireplace or step outside onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh ocean air. Or stay inside to relax and watch your favorite shows on the giant 85-inch TV with an included HDMI cable for gaming.



The bathroom in this particular unit features a comfort height, elongated toilet, which provides easy sitting and standing for all guests. In addition, the bathroom includes a hair dryer and included toiletries for your convenience.



This unit is pet-friendly, so feel bring to bring your best furrends along for the trip. A standard pet fee applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
