I received a welcome email that told me check in was available after 2:00pm. I received another email with the access code stating that check in wasn't until 5:00Pm. Luckily, I didn't get to the property until right at 5:00pm. The code sent via email to enter the building didn't work. I called the help number and discovered the owner had outsourced the management to either Pakistan or India. I could barely understand the guy on the phone, and he was unable to help me. He couldn't find the local rental management office in the system for at least 30 min and was asking me very basic and stupid questions. He finally told me he would call me backand hung up. The local rental management office finally called me back and while the guy was very nice and eager to help, we went through a series of codes that none worked. He finally unlocked the door remotely. So, after an hour,i was finally in the building. Thankfully the room code worked, and I was in. The areas where the rooms are is very nice. The room was nice but very small. Great views from the back deck. The next morning, I received an email saying thanks for staying and the room was available for another night if I wanted...I had already paid for two nights. so, Sunday came and check out was at 10:00...which is an hour earlier than most. Especially with a 5:00pm check in... We packed and loaded the car. I had one item left and at 10:00am on the nose they locked us out. Their system is awful and it' a one and done for me.
