Approximately a mile from the water, Vacation on Vista is a beautiful, three-bedroom property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of East Beach, as well as close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district. 

This charming, newly renovated home has three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a fenced-in backyard for relaxing in the Gulf breezes.

Vacation on Vista is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, and week-long vacations with the family. 

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

Vacation on Vista features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas oven/stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, both a drip coffee maker & Keurig, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you prefer to stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot-spots.

The living room provides a large wraparound sofa to have a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen Smart TV, and provides an extra place to sleep if needed. 

In the Primary Bedroom, you will find a King bed and Smart TV, with a full attached bathroom.

There are two guest bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed and the other has a trundle bed that provides two twins, each with Smart TVs.  The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, and all the rooms have ceiling fans for additional cooling.

There is a fenced-in backyard for those bringing furry friends. The patio also provides outdoor seating with a table, as well as a charcoal grill for cooking out.

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home in the front by the entrance, garage & backyard. There are no inside cameras.***

Ocean Springs is a golf cart-friendly town, and we provide a four-seat electric golf cart for our guests to use to go to the beach and downtown at no additional cost.

While at Vacation on Vista you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.

This is a great spot to come and enjoy the coast. Home is located on a street with cul-de-sac, so not a lot of traffic. Clean and pet friendly. Kitchen was stocked with general cooking equipment and a little of everything just about. Golf cart was a big plus. Your just a few minutes from the beach one way and the other you have gas stations and downtown. You find great food and entertainment with shops all over. Its on our list to visit again. Cheryls Steakhouse is a must and is worth the wait. Tks to our host.

Great stay for the week!

Check-in/out process was super easy, great communication. Lots of extras that most places don’t have. Super comfy pillows, in fact found them on Amazon and going to order. Everything we needed was available and ready for use. Loved the golf cart, kids loved the games. Thanks again for a great stay. We shall return if we are in the area again.

Great Stay

I stayed at this listing for two weeks. The house is in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. The house is well appointed for a family and has everything you need except cloth hangers. Easy fix with a Walmart run. The beds were not easy on my aging body, but that could be a me thing. It will not keep me from booking this place again!The host was very responsive and no I didn’t ask for hangers. Check-in and Check-out was very easy, especially check-out! There is not an hour worth of work to do before checking out! I definitely appreciated that!

Wonderful

By far our favorite vacation rental yet. Great location and the house was so pleasant with a very good layout and met all our needs. Large fenced-in backyard with a huge tree (& much to our pup’s delight, squirrels!) We opted to include the golf cart & that made it even better 
 such fun to pop down to the beach for sunset or to pick up food from downtown. Comfortable, cute, clean & spacious. Will definitely book this house again since we have family in the area & will be returning.

Blowing in the wind

From riding a golf cart to the beach, shopping, great food, wonderful art and fantastic music, Ocean Springs is hopping. This home is in a great, peaceful, quiet neighborhood just a short golf cart away from all of the action. Our dogs loved it, our friends loved and we love it so much we have stayed there twice in the last year!

Simply the Best!

I knew this was going to be a great stay from the beginning when the property manager responded to my questions quickly. My family stayed here during a recent hurricane evacuation, and it was the perfect stay to feel like we were on vacation. The home with clean, beautifully decorated, and the fenced in backyard was such a plus. We also enjoyed a nice golf cart ride to downtown. I would not only stay here again but would recommend this home to any friends of mine.

Wonderful location

OS was super busy with the songwriters festival and Luther Dickinson playing the WA museum so the location was great! The quiet, residential neighborhood was a skip and a hop to downtown or the beach in the golf cart provided by the host. It was always nice after a busy day to go back to the peace and quiet of this home with our pups. The house was clean and comfortable. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard. It was a great place to stay to get the best of all worlds!

We loved Vacation on Vista!

Our group of 4 adults and two dogs enjoyed a March visit to Ocean Springs and our stay at Vacation on Vista. Check in was easy (thanks to communications from Chris) and we appreciated the quiet neighborhood location, clean well-stocked house and the amazing spring azaleas blooming in the back yard. The golf cart made for super easy trip for us into downtown to shop at the Spring Arts Festival. We hope to return for another stay!
