Great community with playground nearby and pool within walking distance. The house is just minutes to beach, shopping and restaurants. This large 2 story villa is updated and has 4 bedroom plus a loft and an office with futon. The house is spacious and provides space for privacy and togetherness.
This villa features a large first floor master bedroom and master bath with shower and plenty of closet space. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and grilling and has a 55 inch TV and seats 12 at the large table. The dining room seats 6 and the deck features table and chairs for out-door dining, lounge chairs for sunning and a grill.
There are six flat screen TV's, four DVD players, wireless internet, printer, Foosball table, Pack 'n play, beach chairs, umbrella and has a two car garage, laundry room with a washer and dryer . An outdoor shower on side of house has been added.
First floor: Master bedroom has a King bed and Office has a futon

My family had a wonderful time staying here for vacation. The location worked well for us being able to get to many of the things we like to do in the area easily. It was just a short drive to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The property was located by many we go to each year. The house was the clean and communication with the host great. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place for vacation.

Our family of 7 adults enjoyed this spacious, clean, and nicely appointed house. The kitchen was fully stocked with various kitchen appliances to prepare meals. Other nice amenities were also available.The homeowner was very responsive when the internet would not work and came to the property on a holiday (while she had houseguests at home) to get us service.Great location and like the community Pool.

Great Beach Vacation!

Home was spacious, clean and many nice addiitions - such as extra beach chairs and umbrella. We were all adults over 34 years old - but the garage was filled with bikes and FUN for kids! Great communication with property manager throughout our two week stay. At one point we had 5 vehicles and plenty of parking at the home.

Overall a great place!!

This property was great!! The property owner was amazing....I know I was pesky and messaged her a lot with questions, but she responded so quickly and she was very sweet! One thing I was disappointed about was seeing the listing online as 3 bathrooms, but its really 2.5 + the outdoor shower once I confirmed it with the property owner. When we walked in we were absolutely amazed at how beautiful it was! The high ceilings were breathtaking and it was so open! It was literally perfect for my family. There were a total of 6 adults and 3 children. I gotta say....that 4th bedroom for the kids was perfect! My little one is under 1, so he stayed in the little office room on the first floor which was a huge plus! The master bedroom is HUGE and I think that's an understatement!! My parents absolutely loved it. Beds were comfy. The kitchen was spacious and perfect for our big family. The outdoor shower was nice, but we were unfortunate to not be able to get it to work for some reason. The deck space was also nice, but it was very humid, so we didn't spend much time out there! A huge plus if you have smaller children there is a little playground right out front and my step son and niece (10) could literally just walk over to it. All in all it was a beautiful property and I do believe my family and I will be back next summer!

Amazing!

When we first pulled up I didn’t think we’d all be able to fit, but boy was I wrong. The house was huge and gorgeous! The amount of beds helped us get an extended family vacation. The house was very clean. It had a lot of essentials that you never think to bring on vacation- laundry detergent, ketchup, just to name a few. The beds were comfy, the amount of space for storage of things was large. They had a lot of items for the beach, such as sand toys and chairs. The pool was a short walk and very nice, and there was a playground by the house. We loved every moment of this vacation!

Spacious house, good location

House is very large and well furnished with nice size deck out back. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Beds were comfortable and rooms are large. The cable box in the loft bedroom wasn't connected and there was no way to watch anything in that room. The TVs are not smart TVs so if you want to stream anything bring your own device to connect.
