Seagull is a cozy, clean, bright cottage located just behind our Sand Dollar House and steps to the beach. You can enjoy the amazing views of the beach from the upper deck of this property. Go to sleep to the lulling sounds of ocean waves. Have your morning coffee on the Captain's deck, with its fabulous ocean view. Stroll out your front door, just steps to the sea. BBQ on gas grills, either on your beach patio or upper deck.

Enjoy boogie boarding, surfing, paddle boarding, wind kiting. Build a fire on the beach.

Two queen beds, one hide-a-bed. Bath and a half. Tv's in every room. Small kitchen has full size stove and refrigerator.

Laundry, high speed internet.

Air conditioning is not needed on the beachfront

Small and compact, needs remodeling/updating. It is located right on the beach but not ideal for families with small children as the entrance to the water for vehicles is right next door and there were at least 20 cars driving next to the water at all times. The host did make a play area next to the door for children to play with sand. No cold water in any sink available but host was sweet and left a pie in the freezer for us to cook and eat.

Cottage style beach home with comfortable furniture and steps from beach. Multi-level patios/balconies to socialize, soak in hot tub, and view sunsets and whales. I could imagine generations of the host, Nell’s, family enjoying the home and adding square footage to accommodate their growing family. Nell greeted us on arrival and offered any assistance to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable..

We were refunded 100% for our stay so I give appreciation to the host/owner for that. However, the reason for the refund was from the moment we walked in, it was dirty and gross and smelled of mold/mildew. I understand this condo is sitting in the sand, but it was dirty to the point of not wanting to touch or use anything (wear sandals in the shower type of situation). Definitely not worth the money.

A cute quirky spot directly on the beach!

A wonderful little place to spend a week on the beach. Great location for exploring the area

Quirky little place with ocean view from upper deck. There was a windstorm before we arrived, so lower patio was covered with sand, but the upper deck was very useable, and preferable anyway because of ocean and sunset views. We were there off-season, so limited restaurants during the werk, but there is a grocery store within walking distance. Nell was a wonderful hostess, very nice, very responsive. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. Would stay there again.

Short stay with our family of five

We had a good stay here! The access to the sand right out of the side door is nice, but this property is behind the other property that is actually facing the full sand/beach. Our older kiddos did great here, but if you have a toddler, just know some interior doors are rough to slide and there are a lot of doors to the outside and there are stairs off the kitchen. Great to have parking and it's a beautiful view up top. It's right next to the vehicle access for the beach, so this section of beach is not great for kids playing because it's basically a road (in our limited time there, at least). Great access if that's what you're looking for! Very kind and responsive hosts.

Breezy Beach Stay

We had a good time at this location. It was pretty windy so we did not get a fire started in the fire pit but enjoyed the ocean, walking on the beach and the sunsets were awesome. It would be helpful to have some coffee filters available. Thank you.

We had the best time in the 2 and 2 with the balcony to people watch. The house is perfectly located next the Sand hwy. The house had everything we needed! Next time we will probably stay for 2 weeks!!Thank you to the owners for a great time!

Enjoyed our stay!

Honestly was perfect for us, two dads and our 9 year old daughters! You are on the beach so yes, there is some smell and of course sand, but great location! Will stay again if we come to the area.

Great Ocean Views

We enjoyed our stay in the Seagull. The house was clean. The access to the beach and our own fire pit was amazing. Short walk to near by stores and restaurant. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.
