Wake up to a beautiful morning at this 2BR bungalow and enjoy the sun in a shared open courtyard. Start the day with a cup of coffee at one of the many charming cafes nearby. Located in the heart of downtown and only a 5 min walk to the famous Oceanside Pier & beach, with many delicious restaurants to choose from. Perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay by the beach.

The unit has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 1 queen bed and the second has 1 double bed. Bathroom has a shower and comes with fresh towels, shampoo, soap, and a private, stacked washer/dryer to knock out all of your dirty clothes so you can afford to pack light for your trip.

Parking for 1 compact car is provided, and there is additional street parking available (You should be aware of street signage, such as street sweeping days).

You will have access to free wifi and a smart tv you can use to access your favorite streaming services. Air conditioning is available in some parts of the home and fans are available upon request.

Head into the full kitchen to take advantage of the stainless steel appliances and a dining table to enjoy your early morning breakfasts and quick snacks before heading out for a day of sightseeing. Take a break from the kitchen? You'll have all kinds of amazing restaurants within walking distance, and there are unique shopping opportunities nearby as well. Very short walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shopping! Justin was very responsive and his place is super clean. Perfect for (4) people. We will stay here again!

This is hidden gem in Oceanside. Had everything we needed and walkable to the beach. Place was clean. The only two things were missing that would be nice to have, beach towels and coffee.

Great stay at this cottage!

We enjoyed our stay at this little beach cottage unit just blocks from the ocean/pier and close to restaurants and shops. Our pup was openly welcomed, and it was easy to walk him in the pet-friendly neighborhood too! It was cool during our Christmas visit but the cottage's heating units more than provided enough warmth to make it comfortable even on the coolest mornings! :-)

Everything We Needed

My friend and I visited Oceanside for the first time and this place was everything we needed. It was a short stay, so we didn't spend much time in the unit, but it was perfect. Lovely courtyard, very close to the beach, short walk to basically everything in Oceanside. Parking garage is handy. We would recommend staying here!
