**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

THE VIEW
F110 is a south-facing unit where you can enjoy views of the lovely tropical gardens and pools in your oasis. With the custom tiled built-in bar, you can enjoy delicious meals while taking in the views and being warmed by the sun.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features granite countertops and the cabinets and drawers have been fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare the perfect meals to start, sustain, or end the day. The dining table seats four and is a bar height table which gives you a better vantage point to see the tropical grounds outside.

LIVING AREAS
F110 is furnished to comfortably house 4. After a day in the sun and waves, sink into either the large sofa sectional or relax in the matching recliner. There is a 55-inch flat-screen TV with both Cable and blu-ray/DVD capabilities provided free of charge. Enjoy 250+ channels, High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and has a tub/shower combo with a separate vanity area.

SLEEPING
F110 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The bedroom in F110 - Sea Pointe includes a unique sleeping configuration that makes this vacation condo a wonderful option for groups or families that desire to sleep in a closed-off room in a bed but save money by staying in a one-bedroom. The bedroom has two comfortable queen beds where you can relax and rest well after a long day at the beach. Similar to the living room, there is a large flat screen tv in the bedroom with both Cable and blu-ray/DVD capabilities.

-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.

F110 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Great Location

Great getaway!

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 4! We loved being so close to the beach and the pool was awesome! The unit had more than enough space for us all and everything was very comfortable. Balcony was where we spent a lot of time enjoying the fresh air! We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was absolutely perfect for my best friend and I to get away but also get some work done. We were welcomed right away, check in was easy and the condo was as featured. The amenities including the pool and hot tub and access to the beach was second to none. Beds were comfy and we really appreciated the snack basket left for us. Finally, there were a lot of necessary supplies that some places don't provide and it just took so much stress off of us. We will for sure be back!

Spring Break w/ Kids

My kids and I stayed here for spring break. We enjoyed our stay there, but there was construction going on right outside our unit that we were not aware of. That being said, we weren’t in our room a whole lot, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Maybe at most just took away from the aesthetic of the property. The beach to the south is extremely rocky and in my opinion not ideal for kids, play or relaxation. There is a tiny secluded beach to the north that we found after the fact that was fun. We loved the Light House Restaurant at the harbor and went there a couple times. Also after the fact, we discovered much more shops and dining options closer to the pier to the south. Overall a great stay!

That property needs some upkeep. For the price that you're paying for that unit there wasn't enough dishes cups were non-existent basically. That bathroom needs to be re finished, there was a lot of black mold in the corners. Dining room chairs were wobbly the table was wobbly. Almost fell on my face when I tried to sit in the chair out on the balcony it was broke. Like I said for the amount of money that you pay should be a lot better. He needs invest in the property

Great location, but slightly dated

The location was amazing. We will stay again @ north coast, but perhaps a different unit. This unit seemed a little run down compared to some of the other units. The no air conditioning was never a problem with the ocean breeze and ceiling fans. Only set of three dishes, lots of chipping on the interior paint. One of the outdoor seat arms was broken prior to us and we almost fell.

We spent our annual Oceanside summer trip at the NCV and truly enjoyed our experience

This property was well kept, and in a great location in the complex. The two Queen beds worked well for our family, the living room was comfortable, and the kitchen overall was well equipped. The beach chairs were weathered, but overall the condo was great and we would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful vacation. My husband, 6 and 11 year old, and myself fit perfectly in this condo. Well appointed with all you need. It does not have a can opener, and we left our salt and pepper for future guests. I am already telling others about it for their vacation.
