The complex boasts 2 heated pools (one in the main complex and the other in the “A” building), a jacuzzi, community barbecue facilities, a fitness center, a sauna, laundry rooms, and even a game room with pool and foosball; fun for the whole family!

**NOTES: Please be aware that there is no air conditioning in the unit. Oceanside is luckily known to have idyllic weather throughout the year, however, if you happen to be staying with us during unusually warmer temperatures, standing fans are provided for your comfort and convenience.
