THE VIEW
The condo faces North up the beach, and from the patio and master bedroom, you can enjoy a view of the ocean and boats in the harbor.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and the cabinets have been fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo.The dining area has a large table with seating for 6 in case feel like entertaining more guests during your stay.

LIVING AREAS
E105 - Seascape Stay is furnished with a large sofa sleeper sectional for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The living room also has a 48” flat-screen TV that you can use to watch the cable TV with 250+ channels free of charge. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
The bathroom has a stunning walk-in shower and vanity area with custom cabinetry, and quartz countertops.

SLEEPING
E105 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed where you can be lulled to sleep by the hum of the waves at night as well as a desk for those that need to do a little business while on vacation. Additional sleeping is found in the main living room with the Queen sofa sleeper in the sectional.

EXTRAS
-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage next to the building.
-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-E105 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

E105 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach.
