The host was very pleasant and easy to contact for any questions, etc. The apartment looked exactly as it did in the pictures. The other staff on property were also welcoming and helpful. I love the close proximity to everything and the beach access. It is a secured facility, 24hr security. There are cameras at various areas outside. Very nice and cosy apartment. Everything worked! A/c, tv, wifi, hot water! I will rebook my next trip.

The house was clean , the bedroom had a comfy big bed , lots of space in the bathroom , great living area to Eat and mingle . Only thing I would recommend maybe a fan in the living area . The room has AC and ceiling fan gets ice cold. The living area has a ceiling fan but maybe a standing fan would be better. The house keeper was super friendly And sweet . The host was quick with the emails and communication 😊. The ground are well kept, and your right on the beach and restaurants . Thank you I will book Again next time come Down to ochi

Everton's place is top notch

The location, customer service and the pricing makes this place totally worth it. I can attest to the safety, as there is 24 hour security at the gate. It's my second time here and will remain my go-to spot in Ochi.

We recently stayed a few nights and it was great. It looks just looks the pics and the host was very helpful prior to our arrival. Ideal location to check out the area. Made use of the pool and beach passes. The host helped us out on local travel arrangements which was brilliant. Happily recommend a stay here. Bars and shops a short walk away and close to the beach and town. Thoughtful touches from the host including cold water, tea coffee etc ready for our arrival and a housekeeping service (she was a lovely lady). A simply great stay all round.

Clean, safe and right in town

The title says it all. Plus, the kitchen was pretty well stocked. Also, you really don't need the AC. I just turned on ceiling fans and opened the balcony doors. Place stayed nice and cool. Would definitely book Everton's place again.

Ochos Rios convenient & homey

This apartment is the perfect size for an adult couple. It’s an older residential complex but it’s super convenient to Ochos Rios. Restaurants, shopping, beach and entertainment are all minutes away on foot. There is a pool on site. Taxis and tours are readily available.

The apartment was ok and relatively clean. bed was comfortable and the shower was clean. we had warm water to bathe a/c worked, we got 2 bottles of water in the fridge. check in was delayed as we had to await the code to get in from host, who we must say was polite. however my big turn off the towels had hair in them and the pillow cases were lightly soiled. I think whoever does the cleaning should be more thorough. and it was hair in multiple towels. aprt from that no issues

Wonderful place

My family stay here and it was awesome 👌 my kids enjoy themselves. Its easily accessible to restaurants and the beaches, oh my the beach they love the beach and the pool is clean. Walking distance to everything you might need. Thank you for having us. The host was really pleasant and accommodating.

My overall stay was good and I enjoyed my stay. The condo looks exactly as pictured but I did think that it was going to be bigger than it was. I like the area. The host always responded timely when I had a question. The condo was secured with a security guard present 24 hours and gated access. The condo was across the street from Margaritaville, shops, restaurants, and the movies. It was a couple steps from the beach and free beach access was included. The place was in walking distance to local bars, the club, and fruit market. There were a couple of things that I didn’t like about the condo itself which was that although the condo has a small air conditioner in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the livingroom/kitchen. The temperature in Jamaica was 87 so it was hot in the living room. I think an air conditioner needs be in both areas. I also did not like that there was only one television, which was in the living room and no television in the bedroom. I also didn’t like that although when booking it states that it sleeps 3 people because there is a futon. You will not get bedding for the futon unless you book for 3 people, which was a bummer for me because me and my daughter booked this condo with the exception that one of us would be able to sleep on the futon because we didn’t want to sleep in the bed together. Lastly the curtains up to the door, while they are nice they are sheer and see through. I didn’t like the fact that you could see inside the condo.

I love the beachfront location of Ligtescape! Unit is very clean, exactly as pictured. As a senior traveler its conveniently close to Ocho Rios town centre and tourist attractions. Easy walking distance in 2-5 mins to the beach, a range of casual and fine dining shops and tons of shopping and local street.
