The property is like a hidden gem! The rooms are roomue and, clean and cozy. The Staff absolutely respectful and inviting. The layout anazing.

Location was great, room was horrible. Bathtub drain was backing up and sink pillow was dirty fridge was leaking. Food was Average not the greatest. Would not return to this hotel.

The hotel was not modern or up to date. I went with my older mom who is visually challenged so it was hard getting up and down the stairs. There was no elevators and no ramps. Room 53 smelled moldy and it was humid. The outside premises needed some TLC. I also bought a deluxe room Pkg but was given a standard room which I didn’t fully appreciate. However the food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and accommodating and helpful, someone was able to present a wheelchair for my mom, which I truly appreciated

Quiet. Too quiet. Limited options for food. Food is served (Soup and salad buffet some days). No entertainment.

It was a lot to explore! But overall needed a little more renovation like a bit of fixture here and there and a little painting otherwise best time ever👍

Customer service was excellent. Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating with our check in. Room was spacious and loved the patio view from my room! Bar staff were soo friendly! Smiley was especially nice to us! He was soo happy and helpful with anything that we needed. A pleasure to see him every day! We also loved being so close to the beach that we could get in the water every day! We enjoyed our stay! I would stay again! Thank you Shaw Park!

We love the staff. After 3 trips to this hotel we always enjoy the hospitality and professional and hospitality of the front desk team, Smiley, Rose, Nova, William, Tony, Arol, Pebbles and many others.
