Situated on almost 2 acres, Cedar Lodge on Lake Weir offers perhaps the best views of Lake Weir you will find. In addition to that, If PRIVACY is high on your list of priorities, then this is your place! The lodge is approximately 2200 sq feet. and will easily accomodate 8 guests. The main living area is very open with fabulous views of Lake Weir. The well equiped kitchen is visually arranged and ready for your tasty creations. The master bedroom is on the 1st floor and has a king sized bed with bathroom. Upstairs is a roomy loft with 4 single beds and 1 king sized bed with privacy curtains around it. The loft has a half bath. Adjoined to the house by a breezeway is an air conditioned / heated bathhouse with a full bathroom and 2 changing rooms. There is a 3rd shower with hot water outside. Out back you will find a huge deck along with your own private beach and dock. Daily rates for weekly rentals are discounted 10% and monthly rentals 20%.

Beautiful Cedar Lodge, prime location

This is the third time we have stayed here and every time it’s been a super easy check in/out process. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Plenty of space inside and out. The backyard was perfect for my kids to play when we weren’t in the water. Can’t wait to book again next year!

Great family vacation

This place is like camp for my grown kids, with the open loft upstairs for sleeping. We always enjoy the house and the property. Thomas (the owner) is very easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Lake Weir!

This property was better than we had expected! The house had everything we needed and the views of the lake were breathtaking. My adult son brought a small boat that we all enjoyed going out on, and then at the end of the day he pulled the boat right up to the beach. Because it was a holiday weekend the lake was busy with boaters, water skiers, jet skis, and tubers. This added some extra entertainment and we enjoyed watching everyone having a good time. This is definitely a great choice if you’re looking to relax and spend time on the lake or your own private beach. My family never left the property for the five days of our stayed except once to grab some groceries and another time to go out to dinner at Gator Joe’s. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Weekend getaway

This is our annual girls weekend trip and our 3rd stay at the property. As always, we loved our stay and look forward to coming back again. The owner is very welcoming and extremely communicative. We’ve stayed in many houses, but this one of our favorites!
