This second floor studio offers a Queen Bed, Twin Sleeper Sofa, TV, DVD, porch, wireless internet access, washer/dryer access, phone, table with two chairs, and kitchenette with toaster, mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and sink.

Linens and towels are provided. No Smoking or Vaping. No Pets Allowed. Maximum Occupancy 3 Guests, including Children.

Amenities shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April through October. Additional shared amenities include a pool house with a sauna.

Enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor and a fish cleaning station. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.

If you have additional people in your group, you may combine rental of this suite with North Point A which would expand your total occupancy to 5 people, including children. Accommodations would include a large living room, a full kitchen and dining area, a private bedroom with a Queen bed, and a full master bath with a whirlpool tub and separate shower.
