Pour : A voir ne serait ce que pour l' escalier que l'on empreinte juste pour le plaisir. Personnel très gentil, discret et serviable.
Magnifique! Lieu magique...

Wonderful Spa and brand new hotel
Publié le 6 août 2012 sur HotelsThe hotel looks very elegant from the outside, and the interiors are also of very high standard albeit with a decor more suited for a russian clientele. The spa on the top floor has a nice view of the city with a lovely pool, sauna and steambath. Breakfast was very expensive ( 35 euros ) and Odessa has masses of very good cafes with terraces only a few minutes walk from the hotel, the location is also ideal. On the minus side, the staff service is correct but definitely you can't get a smile out of them. They all look very stern and serious and I' afraid no amount of staff training will change that.

Bonne qualité de service. La décoration des chambres peut être améliorée.
