This comfortable houseboat with garden on the open water is in a beautiful location on the edge of Waterrijck Marina with an unobstructed view of the Sneekermeer. The location and facilities on board guarantee a cosy, relaxed and romantic experience, all year round. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the Sneekermeer with a fresh Nespresso on the roof terrace or the sunset during a cozy barbecue in the garden on the open water. The houseboat is surrounded by water and offers the comfort of a luxury holiday home with a garden. The living area is divided into a sitting area, dining area and open kitchen. Due to the large windows you can also enjoy the beautiful unobstructed view from the inside. The sitting area is furnished with a corner sofa, coffee table, chair and television (no channel package). The modern open kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker (filter and Nespresso), kettle and toaster. The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) and a closet to store clothes or belongings. The second bedroom is furnished with a sturdy interconnected bunk bed (80x200 cm) and wardrobe. For the smallest guests there is a folding baby bed (60x120 cm) and a high chair available. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and bathroom furniture with mirror. Houseboat Agua Dolce has a spacious garden (approximately 100m2) adjacent to the water. In the garden you can play and barbecue, interspersed with a refreshing dip in the water. In addition, the boat has a very spacious roof terrace / sundeck of approximately 20 m2, which is accessible via a spiral staircase at the rear.
