Very disappointed with conditions of the cottage. Very much in need of repairs and painting and thorough cleaning. I probably will not use Vrbo again

The cottage that we stayed in which is up on the hill of the property had steep stairs that were unkept and over grown with grass and breaking. Multiple steps were either completely broken and crumbling apart. On arrival the canopy hanging over that attacked deck was broken and fallen on top of the deck table and furniture. Further into the stay we found broken blinds that didn’t even have any privacy. The pull out bed was broken and unstable to sleep on. We woke up to a leak over top the queen bed and it just got bigger throughout our stay. Even more unfortunate was They advertise as having a heated pool and it is not at all. When we addressed all of these issues at end of our stay the front desk staff didn’t seem too concerned. And told us I would be contacted by a manager and have yet to hear from anyone at the establishment.
